André Roelofs

André Roelofs, partner and owner of M2RedBeech, has more than 30 years of experience in the holiday resorts market. Over the years he specialised himself in the fields of development, restructuring, interim management and expert advisor for holiday home resorts.

At Creatief Vakantieparken, Gran Dorado Beheer Projecten en Landal Greenparks Beheer en Projecten he was responsible for 35 holiday parks, owned by third parties. Later on he worked for Roompot to develop 5 new holiday parks. Those many years of experience led him to start his own company Rode Beuk Holding in order to share his broad knowledge of the industry.

Klaus Wäschle

Klaus is a former director at Center Parcs, Sarcon Germany and Steigenberger hotels. He has more than 25 years of experience in the hotel and resort business in Germany. For M2RedBeech he is our partner for projects especially in Germany, his home base. He is specialized in business models, feasibility studies, concept development and site analysis.

Ronnie Rokebrand

Ronnie Rokebrand is a successful and experienced partner in the travel industry.  Ronnie became director of Coron Travel, a company in tele-sales of vacations and coach tours. Together with publishing company Elmar, Ronnie set up their first internet activities on Elmar.nl in 1996. ElmarReizen.nl grew as the first online travel organization in the Netherlands to one of the biggest players on the internet. His dedication and skills brought him six times nominations (for ElmarReizen.nl) and he was awarded two times in the years 2000-2008 for his work.

In 2010 he started working at TLC Group as the IT & e-commerce director and a manager for commercial operations for TLC Group and Vacances Directes. Ronnie likes to share his knowledge; thus he wrote 19 books.

Roy Platje

Since many years, Roy is active in the online world. He has a history with bol.com, Peter Langhout Reizen and Europeesche Assurances as responsible for the online development. Since 2008, Roy is working full time for RED Online Marketing. Besides working for RED Online, he started the holiday site Boekvandaag.nl that offers daily deals. BoekVandaag.nl is awarded with a ThuisWinkel Award and a E-mail Marketing Award in 2010.

Roy has been cooperating with M2RedBeech since 2013 in several projects such as Vargesztes, Langoed Ruwinkel and Oasis Parcs.

Yannick Langlade

Yannick Langlade has been working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years, gaining a lot of experience in top management operations positions. He was responsible for the development and management of various hotels and leisure resorts in Europe and Asia. Yannick has been working with the M2RedBeech group for several years, after working mainly in Asia. With his legal background, he has developed and managed resorts and hotels for 15 years. He focuses on further developing and improving the parks included in our portfolio, and controls the operating companies and commercial strategy. His work on the park Les Jardins du Château d’Olonne consists mainly of supporting the operation management team and rental department, and to develop the exploitation of the turnover and rental.
